In Ovo Antiviral Screening of Cholistani Plants Against Swine Influenza Virus and Confirmation Through Real Time PCR

Cholistani plants are a rich source of many biological/pharmacological agents. Recent studies have supported the idea that cholistani in antimicrobial agents especially against viruses. Medicinal like Haloxylon recurvum, Salsola baryosma, and Achyranthes aspera hold potential to control viruses Avian Influenza Swine Influenza. Prevention by vaccination is best treatment so far, but some side effects associated with vaccines alone or combination other influenza virus strains. Eleven different (H. H. salicornicum, A. aspera, Suaeda fruticosa, Sporobolus icolados, Solanum surattense, Ochthochloa compressa, Neurada procumbens, Panicum antidotal, Oxystelma esculentum, baryosma) were selected tested SI strian H1N1. The samples washed dried under shade at RT. All ground used making extracts using solvents. SIV H1N1 isolate was confirmed through real-time (rt) PCR then subjected 9-11 days old chick embryonated eggs. Eggs candled viability embroy confirmed. After 48hrs, allantoic fluids collected, viral loads also HA test RT-PCR. Most found effective controlling growth virus. Among these, n-hexane ethanol (EtOH) most effective, all active In case ethyl acetate methanol (MtOH) 9 out 11, similarly, n-butanol (BtOH),7 11 results first later rt-PCR. not detected outcomes rt-PCR, confirming antiviral potentials plants. This study strongly can be pure crude form.
